Self-applicable, high level, finite capacity , multi-constraints based scheduling software for industry

Excel Reports and Graphics

Excel reports

Many Reports generated by Sched are directly sent to Microsoft Excel.

Reports are produced in Excel Format, giving the best way to produce numerous graphic reports

Customizable Reports

Each excel graph/report is built from a corresponding template.

Excel files are built from templates. In most cases, users are able to customize aspects of these excel reports, by modifying the templates.

Chaining Post scheduling works

After global scheduling, sched could provided the following excel graph and reports automatically :

  • dynamical graphical capacity.charge chart by resource for the next 50 hours
  • dynamical graphical capacity.charge chart by resource for the next 30 days
  • dynamical graphical capacity.charge chart by resource for the next 52 weeks
  • gantt of activities by resource by hour for the next 14 days ; 1 cell an hour
  • gantt of activities by resources by day for the next 90 days ; 3 cells a day
  • Total charge/capacity by resource by day for the next 90 days
  • Total charge/capacity by resource by week for the next 52 weeks
  • gantt by order detailed by operation by hour for the next 14 days . 1 cell an hour
  • gantt by order detailed by operation by day for the next 60 days . 1 cells a day (am,mi,pm)

The interactive capacity/charge analyser

This curve graph report produces activities for the next 50 hours, the next 30 days and the next 20 weeks on 3 sheets.

This graph is interactive; the user can choose a resource, a group of resources, a skill or a group of skills.

Two explicit curves are traced representing the capacity and charge of the selection.

All values are explicitly displayed at the same time for the considered time line.

The gannt chart by resource

Availability and activity are graphed for each resource (one a line).

The filling process is done on a copy of the user’s predefined excel file.

A user‘s predefined excel file can be personalized:

  • The line position for each resource is defined by the user.
  • The filling system works on a user's predefined sheet , without data but with all formulas, colors , format, sheets, ... prepared by the user
  • Subtotal and total lines

Each resources line (one a resource) is divided into 3 parts:

  • The first part gives id & resource name, resources skills, department
  • The second part gives total capacities and charges for the next five weeks
  • The third part in graph mode represents availability (in green) and activities (coloured by operation). Each cell represents a time cell according to the resolution (see below)
  • Each cell collects information about orders, products, quantity, operations and the list of associated resources. You get info by simple click.

3 sheets are provided from high to low resolution:

  • Sheet1: the capacities/charges graph has a day resolution. The next 7 days are detailed with addition per day. In the graph part, the time cells have a resolution of hours (24 cells a day). The unnecessary hours could be masked through the predefined excel file.
  • The second part gives total capacities and charges for the next five weeks
  • The third part in graph mode represents availability (in green) and activities (one color for each operation).

Each resource in-line (one by resource) is divided into 3 parts:

  • The first part gives id & resources name, resources skills, department
  • The second part gives total capacities and charges for the next five weeks
  • The third part in graph mode represents availability (in green) and activities (one colour for each operation)
  • Each cell represents a time cell according to the resolution (see below)
  • Each cells collects information about orders, products, quantity, operations and the list of associated resources. This info is displayed with a single mouse click
